Andhaghaaram - NETFLIX MOVIE REVIEW

Director Vignarajan presented a Supernatural thriller in a best and Unique way. Best plus of the movie is it retains the suspense till the very end.

Plot : Arjun Das receives a old landline telephone 📞 as a replacement from the telephone department. He starts receiving anonymous calls and starts searching for the person making anonymous calls which unfolds the mystery in the movie.

The movie has lot of sub plots in the movie. The director cleverly links all the subplot in the main plot of the story through his non linear narrative screen play 

Arjun Das and Vinod the main leads have done extraordinary acting.

I think this would be Arjun Das one of the best films.

Vinod as a blind person nailed his character 

The screen play is the backbone of the movie which is well supported by excellent BGM which takes the movie to next level.

Special mention is required for the cinematography. The lighting used uplifts the cinematography.

The supporting leads Pooja and Misha has done a great job. Especially Kumar natarajan as Psychiatrist is a perfect characterisation.

Length of the movie could have been shortened by 10-15 minutes which could have made it a crisp thriller.

Sanjana Sanghi & Sushant lived the character of Kizie and Manny.

The movie will stay long in the hearts of Sushant fans.

Big Plus is ARR BGM & Very soothing music for a poetic film.

Farah khan Dil bechara choreography is excellent. 

 From the trailer itself we know what we are going to witness. The same was portrayed in 105 mins. 

cameo by saif ali khan was fabulous.

Ek tha raja aur Ek tha rani dhonum margaye. Katham hui kahani. 

Ye hota hai ya nahi dekho OTT Disney Hotstar Multiplex mein.

Karthik Subburaj Stone Bench Productions directed by Easvar karthick and Music by Santhosh Narayanan with Keerthy Suresh in a heroine centric role. All this has created much hype for the movie Penguin.

Did the movie live up to the expectations????

The director tries to make the audience to guess whether it is psychological thriller / Supernatural thriller or Serial killer.

The movie is a blend of Kahaani + Table 24 + Kannamoochi webseries.

Pregnant Keerthy resembles vidya Balan from Kahaani, Table game resembles Table 24 hindi movie and the core plot is almost similar to Kannamoochi webseries.

Visuals and BGM are good.

The court drama is shouldered by 4 people

Bhagyaraj, Thiagarajan, Parthipan and Jyothika.

Jyothika has lawyer Venba reopens a 15 year old case of a Psycho killer Jyothi with help of her father Bhagyaraj. Since it's being her debut case everyone thinks she wants to create sensation. Is that true? Or what is the truth? Forms the crux of the 2 hrs court drama.

The antagonist Thiagarajan brings the best criminal lawyer Parthipan on board against Jyothika to argue the case. Jyothika shows her brilliance in the initial court scenes to lock Parthipan with her arguments and the movie heads towards a predictable Interval block.

But Parthipan comes back strongly with counter arguments and locks Jyothika with a check mate. Jyothika stunned by the move takes the case forward with a emotional flashback quotient rather than evidence quotient. At one stage Jyothika says I am the evidence for the case.

So who is she? What is the emotional saga she faced? Why she wants justice for this case?

The closing argument dialogue is too touching. We can't accept we fought and lost, but we want Justice.

Dhanush and Durai are back with martial arts entertainer. Teaching the tamil audience about ancient tamil martial arts ADIMURAI which is the base for other martial arts.

Though the story is scene by scene predictable it is Dhanush extraordinary acting and amazing bgm keeps the audience speechless.

Sneha is given a great role and she has exhibited her skills ADIMURAI to perfection. She definitely deserves a applause.

One liner by the new comedian is good

Nasser has aasan fits the role perfectly.

Great stunt choreography

Big plus is no dull moment in the movie
