Vada chennai movie review

Vada chennai movie review :

Vetri Maaran portrayed the life of people in Vada Chennai with its raw flavor, filthy language without compromising to get A Certificate to bring the originality on Screen.

Though Dhanush is the hero of the film the screenpace is equally shared by Samuthrakani, Kishore and Ameer which stamps the mark of Vetri Maaran.

Andrea has a powerful role and Aishwarya steals the show in the romantic lip lock sequences

Biggest plus is the screenplay which is webbed in such a way that it keeps the audience hooked to the seats. The twist in the interval block is awesome.

Santhosh Narayan bgm elevates the scenes intensity

Good stunt choreography and DOP by Rathnavael especially in the interval and climax episodes with the unique lighting is laudable

The climax paves way for the audience to expect much more in the sequel.

Rating 3.5 /5

Final Verdict : A story of betrayal with a raw flavor is sketched well but may not go well with all class of audience.

96 movie review :

A low budget Vijay sethupathi - Trisha starrer which talks about the memories of School love story in a reunion after 22 years.

The heart and soul of the movie is BGM and meaningful songs. The BGM elevates even a normal scene to different level.

The characterization of Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha are beautifully penned. They carry the movie in their shoulders throughout the second half. The first half purely belongs to the two young kids.

Jangaraj, Deva darshini and all the artists have done their role to their fullest.

Rating 3/5

Final verdict : A Poetic love story narrated in its own pace without a cinematic ending.
